Shipping:

In addition to estimated shipping time, allow 5-7 business days to process apparel and skateboard orders. Allow 3-4 weeks for Vans Custom orders.

Returns:

Merchandise that is like-new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
